Welcome to Trinity Home Solution! By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Trinity Home Solution offers residential carpet cleaning and maid services. Specific service details, pricing, and add-ons are listed on our website and are subject to change.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
A deposit may be required for large jobs.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
By booking, using, or engaging with Trinity Home Solution' services, you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge any and all rights to sue, bring legal action, file a claim, or seek any damages—monetary or otherwise—against Trinity Home Solution, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, affiliates, or any associated entities ("Released Parties").
Trinity Home Solution is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or conditions that affect service results. By accepting our services, you acknowledge that results may vary, and you accept all risks associated with cleaning services.
Under no circumstances shall the Released Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from our services, including but not limited to damage to property, personal injury, business losses, or financial loss, whether due to negligence, equipment malfunction, human error, or acts of third parties.
Indemnification: You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) brought forth by you or any third party related to the use of our services.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: No other individual, company, or entity may bring claims against Trinity Home Solution on your behalf. This agreement applies to all individuals, businesses, commercial entities, and third-party contractors.
Mandatory Arbitration: Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to our services must be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered under the laws of the State of California.
Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Action: By using our services, you waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.
Exclusive Jurisdiction & Venue: The arbitration will take place in the State of California, and no claims may be filed in any other jurisdiction, court, or state.
Legal Costs: If any legal action is initiated against Trinity Home Solution in violation of this agreement, you agree to cover all attorneys' fees, court costs, and related legal expenses incurred by the Released Parties.
If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
We do not offer refunds but may provide a complimentary touch-up if necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a home presents hazardous conditions.
Customers are responsible for securing pets during service.
We respect your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
Trinity Home Solution reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
